Rough Canyon Campground is one of the most popular campgrounds on Lake Amistad and that partly has to do with the fact that there are only 4 campsites and it’s a quite and private campground compared to some of the others. Governors Landing is a great place to stop for the day and swim but there is also a campground. This campsite consists of 15 sites suitable for tents or RVs less than 28 feet.
